Abstract:
This research explores the critical link between ethical leadership and successful implementation of sustainable
development initiatives. Main topics, the characteristics of ethical leaders crucial for sustainability (transparency, long-term
orientation, vision, stakeholder inclusivity). How different leadership styles (transformational, servant) influence employee
engagement with sustainability goals. Strategies for promoting ethical leadership within organizations (leadership development
programs, mentorship, reward systems). Challenges faced by leaders in balancing economic pressures with ethical considerations.
Recommendations for fostering ethical leadership across various stakeholders (societal, employee, government, organizational). Key
Arguments/Findings, ethical leadership is essential for achieving sustainability goals. Ethical leaders inspire employees and build trust
through transparency and accountability. Different leadership styles can motivate employee engagement with sustainability. Promoting
